These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Advanced Behavior Analysis Therapyprogram (the “Program”) provided by Advanced Behavior Analysis (“Company,” “We,” “Us”). By applying for, purchasing, and/or participating in the Program, you (“Client,” “You”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW & PURPOSE

The Program is designed for behavioral analysis, mindset transformation, and personal development.This Program does NOT constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.Your results will depend on your commitment, openness to change, and active participation.The Program is not a quick fix—it requires effort, accountability, and willingness to implement strategies.

2. OUR GUARANTEES

The Unstoppable Transformation Guarantee

If you follow the entire Program, actively participate, and implement all recommended strategies and still do not experience a significant breakthrough, we will continue working with you at no additional cost until you achieve measurable progress.

The Breakthrough Clarity Guarantee

By the end of your Mind Profiling Session, if you feel that we have not provided
deep insights into your subconscious patterns and a clear action plan, we will offer you a
free additional session
to refine your analysis.

The No-Risk Commitment Guarantee

If, within the first 7 days of the Program, you feel that it is not the right fit, you may
apply for a partial credit towards another program or service.
No refunds will be given, but we will ensure you receive value in another way.

Guarantee Conditions:

You must havefully participatedin the sessions and applied the strategies.You must submit evidence of your efforts (completed exercises, homework, or session feedback).

Guarantee claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of program completion.

3. ELIGIBILITY & APPLICATION PROCESS

All applicants must complete an application form honestly and accurately.Acceptance into the Program is at the sole discretion of the Company.We reserve the right to refuse any applicant if we believe they are not a suitable fit.You confirm that you are mentally stable and capable of engaging in personal development work.You confirm that you are at least18 years old or have legal guardian consent to participate.

4. PAYMENT TERMS & REFUND POLICY

Payment Policy:

Payment must be made in full or through an approved payment plan before accessing the Program.If you choose a payment plan, you agree topay all scheduled installmentsuntil completion.Failure to complete payment may result inimmediate termination of accessto the Program.

Refund Policy:

No refundswill be issued once you have been granted access to the Program.If you choose apayment plan, you are responsible for all future payments.There areno refunds for lack of participation, failure to complete the Program, or dissatisfactionwith results.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & PARTICIPATION

You are responsible for your own results.The Program provides guidance, butonly youcan implement changes.You agree tofully engage, participate, and followall recommendations.You will berespectful, open-minded, and committedto the process.You willnot use the Program for unethical, manipulative, or harmful purposes.If you choose not to apply the strategies, you accept full responsibility for your lack of results.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)

Confidentiality Between Client & Company:

All personal information shared in the Programwill remain confidential.Your information willnot be sold, shared, or disclosedwithout your explicit consent, except as required by law.Sessions may be recordedfor internal training and quality purposes, but will never be shared publicly without consent.

Client Obligations Regarding Confidentiality:

You agree NOT to share, copy, distribute, or teachany proprietary information from the Program.You agree not to discloseany details of other clients' experiences in the Program.You acknowledge that all strategies, techniques, and proprietary information shared in the Programare confidential and protected by this NDA.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

What Information We Collect:

We may collectyour name, email, payment details, and personal responsesfrom your application or sessions.Any additional personal data shared voluntarily during the Program remains confidential.

How We Use Your Information:

To provide you with personalized coaching and analysis.To improve our services and enhance your experience.To communicate Program updates, scheduling, and relevant materials.

How We Protect Your Information:

We implement strict security measures to protect your data.Your informationwill never be shared, sold, or misused.

8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The Companydoes not guaranteespecific results.The Program isnot therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.Youassume full responsibilityfor any emotional, psychological, or personal changes you may experience.The Company isnot liablefor any decisions, actions, or results stemming from your participation.

By applying for and participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you:
